1. Introduction

StayBoostr is committed to optimizing and enhancing the appearance and market performance of clients' businesses, products, and services through comprehensive marketing solutions. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.​

2. Scope of Services
​
StayBoostr offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
Market analysis and competitor research.Development and execution of advertising strategies and campaigns.Campaign setup, ad optimization, and performance reporting. Social media retargeting and audience management.
The services provided will be tailored to the specific needs of each client as defined in the contract.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees will be agreed upon individually, based on the scope of services and outlined in the specific contract. This may include a percentage of the advertising budget, a fixed fee, or a combination.All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.Payment must be made promptly according to the terms outlined in the individual contract, either immediately upon receipt of the invoice or as otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property
​
StayBoostr grants the client non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use the advertising and marketing materials created during the engagement.Any third-party content used in campaigns will be subject to respective third-party licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality
​
StayBoostr will treat all client information and work products as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent from the client.

6. Liability and Indemnification
​
StayBoostr is not liable for indirect or direct damages, loss of profits, or any other consequences resulting from the marketing campaigns, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.The client agrees to indemnify and hold StayBoostr harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the campaigns or advertising measures implemented.

7. Termination
​
The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice or immediately in case of a breach of the agreement that is not resolved within the notice period.After termination, all payments made are final, and StayBoostr is not obliged to provide refunds.

8. Governing Law
​
These terms and the agreement shall be governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Sales Law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.

9. Modifications
​
StayBoostr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing and will take effect upon agreement by both parties.
